We’ll plan house hunting trips, and we'll take care of coordinating entry into each home in your list. We'll point out features that might interest you and potential issues based on my experience having toured thousands of homes.
Once you decide on a home you like, we'll help you determine an offering price and will help you negotiate to a fair, win-win contract. From there, we'll carefully guide you through the home inspection process where we’ll ferret out any issues you may want to ask the seller to address.
After you release the home inspection contingency, we'll coordinate with the other team members to help make sure the remaining steps are successfully cleared including termite inspection, final loan approval, and final walkthrough to make sure all inspection items have been adequately addressed to your satisfaction.
Then, on the day of settlement, we’ll make sure the documents are in order so you can complete the closing feeling assured about all the details. The closing agent will walk you through each element of that closing document, ensuring you understand each number.
Finally, you’ll receive the keys to your new home and can move on to moving in! Congratulations!
